Arbeiter Samariter Bund (ASB) and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) signed an Agreement to continue the support of Asylum seekers under the IOM project entitled: “Improving the Greek Reception System Through Site Management Support and Targeted Interventions in Long-Term Accommodation Sites”.

Knut Fleckenstein stated that he was “impressed by the good work, professional and empathetic”, the team of ASB is doing in Diavata, Thessaloniki, Greece.
“I believe that every human deserves to receive help and to be supported in difficult times no matter where you come from, which skin colour you have, which religion or culture you belong to”, says ASB volunteer Svea Fleckenstein.
ASB has been supporting Greece in coping with the refugee crisis since 2015.
