General Information: ASB invites for sealed bids quotations from eligible applicants for the above services, which are funded through institutional and private funding sources.
ASB intends to award a supplier with a framework agreement for purchase, deinstallation and installation of A/C split units 9.000 btu A++/A+. at Filippiada open center of temporary reception. Prices will remain fixed for the duration of the agreement along with stock availability and ASB will inquire partial deliveries within 72HRS from the official request. Kindly note partial quotations will not be considered.
Based on your quotes ASB will prepare a Framework Agreement to state the prices and conditions when ASB decides to place a Purchase Order. As such there is no commitment and no exclusivity. The goods will be requested as per needs and Purchase order will be raised according to the Framework agreement. H ASB reserves the right to alter the number of split units (increase or decrease) depending on the needs. In this case, the Supplier will maintain the same prices. Minimum estimated quantity is 28 split units, maximum estimated quantity is 40 split units.

Submission:
On sealed envelopes delivered at ASB Ioannina, Logistics department, (Nap. Zerva 28-30, 3rd floor, Ioannina 45332) from 09:00-17:00, Tel. 2651607034. Deadline for submission is Tuesday, 26th of March 2019. 14:00 p.m. EET Eastern European Time. Submission to any other method, deems quotation as invalid.
To be eligible, must provide: Updated tax-free certificate / Φορολογική Ενημερότητα, Updated social contribution free certificate / Ασφαλιστική ενημερότητα. Acceptance of all terms and conditions of this ITQ along with Annex 2 Privacy statement for processing of personal data within the implementation of the public procurement procedures organised by ASB Greece by signing on page 10; Provide full, accurate and complete information as required by this solicitation and its attachments, including any certifications attached. Including Models and technical specifications of the A/C split units 9.000 btu A++/A+, Maintenance schedule per manufacturer instructions.
