ASB Greece invites for submission of quotations via sealed envelopes from eligible applicants for the rental of vehicles. The supplier should meet the minimum required criteria as described in the following file:Invitation to Quote (ITQ) GR-THS-014-2021 Vehicle rental service for Northern Greece and Epirus region
Quotations must be submitted as hardcopies in a sealed envelope and delivered to the ASB Country Office located at: Porto Center Nikiforou Ouranou 15, C1 building, 4th Floor, 54627, Thessaloniki
Deadline for submission is Friday, 18th of December 2020. 15:00 p.m. Please use the Document ITQ to submit your bid. The document must be signed and stamped at the end of each page of the Pdf.
Partial offers will be accepted.
ASB intends to award rental vehicle supplier or suppliers with the following minimum specifications:
- Six (6) vehicles Sedan / 5-seater
- Twelve (12) vehicles Mini Van / 9- seater
- Seven (7) vehicles Cargo Mini Van
- Two (2) vehicles Cargo Mini Van V3
- One (1) vehicles Mini Bus / minimum 24- seater
- One (1) vehicles Mini Bus / minimum 23- seater
- One (1) vehicles Mini Bus / minimum 31- seater
