excel drop down list,

I need support with the helpdesk feedback form excel file. In the tab " data" I want to add three more possible selections at the facilities column. Specifically : 3rd party facilities, fence, electrical network. Although I add them the selections do not appear in the drop down list in the communal facilities tab. I searched a bit and seems that the file is protected and shared so the procedure is different than a normal file and is a bit complicated for me.
